Giveaway Terms

How Fractal Fin Group runs the monthly free 30-Day CFO System giveaway, and how the recipient is chosen.

Effective date: 25/01/2026

1. What this is

Each month, Fractal Fin Group ("Fractal Fin", "we", "us", "our") offers one qualifying business a 30-Day CFO System — either the 30-Day Profit Recovery Sprint or the 30-Day Revenue-to-Cash Recovery System — at no cost. These terms describe how a business qualifies, how the recipient is chosen, and what the offer includes.

2. Eligibility

To be considered, a business must complete our qualification process (currently a short form) and meet the qualifying criteria we assess it against at that time. Completing the qualification form does not guarantee selection.

3. How the recipient is chosen

One recipient is selected each month from the businesses that qualify that month, at Fractal Fin Group's sole discretion. Selection is not made by random draw or chance — it is based on our assessment of the qualifying businesses against our internal criteria. We may decline to select a recipient in any given month, or adjust our criteria, without notice.

4. Frequency and availability

We intend to run this offer monthly, selecting one business per month. Fractal Fin Group may pause, modify, or discontinue the giveaway at any time, at our discretion.

5. What's included

The selected business receives one of our 30-Day CFO Systems (Profit Recovery Sprint or Revenue-to-Cash Recovery System) delivered on the same basis as our paid engagements of that type, at no cost to the business for that engagement.

6. No cash value

The offer has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and is not transferable to another business.

7. Businesses not selected

Businesses that qualify but are not selected in a given month remain in our regular outreach and may be considered for future engagements or future months, in the ordinary course of our business development.

8. Use of the recipient's information

With the recipient's agreement, we may reference their business name, industry, and results (including as a case study or testimonial) in our marketing. Personal data collected as part of this process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above will reflect the most recent revision.
