Content on this Site — including articles, frameworks, case studies, and commentary — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

FractalFin Group is not a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser, and none of our services should be construed as investment advisory services under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or an engagement with FractalFin Group, shall first be referred to arbitration in Ernakulam, Kerala, conducted by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English. Subject to this arbitration clause, the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
